Project location
The site of Griffintown Project is located on the northeast border of the Southwest borough (Peel-Wellington area). It is near the city’s main attractions, including downtown and the international sector, Old Montréal and the Lachine Canal.
With an area of one million square feet, the project is bordered by the Bonaventure Expressway to the east, Ottawa Street to the north, rue de la Séminaire to the west and the Lachine Canal to the south.
